Gratitude When Things Change

We have news to share . . .

This news is good news, even though it represents a significant change at TLJ. I’ll let Jim speak for himself here:

Dear Friends,

A change is underway in my life that I want you to know about. When it comes to The Leader’s Journey, I will no longer be working on the business but will continue to work in the business.

I’ve stepped away from working on the business—things like strategy and  business development—to focus fully on working in the business. That means I’ll only be coaching and consulting with the clients going forward.

Since founding The Leader’s Journey with Trisha in 2017, we’ve worked side by side to shape the DNA of this organization—the values and ways of working that define who we are. That DNA is deeply woven into our entire team of coaches, each of whom brings their own gifts while carrying forward the same heart and mission.

Going forward, Trisha will lead the business side of TLJ with her characteristic clarity and wisdom, ensuring we continue to grow and serve leaders and organizations with excellence.

I’m grateful for the relationships we’ve built and look forward to the continued opportunity to partner with you in your leadership journey.

Blessings
Jim

It would be impossible for me and my colleagues at The Leader’s Journey to express even a fraction of the gratitude we have for Jim Herrington and his impact in our lives.

We are different people because he invested in us. His deep and lifelong commitment to learning has become our learning. The integrity and care with which he lives his life has overflowed into our lives for years and decades now.

Many of you know exactly what I mean.

We’re also grateful that he’ll still be working with us, alongside us, doing this work that we all value and love. If we can be helpful to you, please let us know.
