Systems Thinking/Bowen Theory Course Begins January 8

The Systems Thinking/Bowen Theory Course begins on Thursday, January 8, 2026. The purpose of this course is to grow as wise systems-thinking and systems-acting leaders.

This 12 month course will give participants a deeper understanding of Bowen Family Systems Theory and a greater ability to use the insights they gain from the theory to address real-world challenges they face as leaders.

Seminars, readings, video, one-on-one coaching, and small group presentations will all contribute to the development of systems-thinking wisdom:

● Increase resilience and creativity

● Redefine the problem with more clarity and accuracy

● Identify sabotage from the group

● Harness the wisdom of the system that is greater than the sum of the parts
