This program is comprised of three key components designed to produce the most impact individually and organizationally; the organizational assessment, quarterly workshops, and monthly coaching.
Organizational assessment
We understand that each organization will have specific challenges that will require focusing on specific concepts and skills, that’s why we begin with an organizational assessment that brings focus to some of your key challenges.
Quarterly workshops
Using the organizational assessment, we will provide 1-hour training workshops quarterly, tailored to the specific challenges of your organization designed to increase your EQ, individually and collectively.
Monthly coaching
We know that information alone does not produce transformation, that’s why we also provide monthly coaching calls for each team member between training sessions. These coaching calls provide shame-free accountability for staying in action around the skills learned in the training sessions with the goal of turning them into effective practices.
